Agreement to the Terms of Service

By purchasing from robertmdls.art you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If at any time you break these terms of service you will be prohibited from using or accessing robertmdls.art and the companion Discord community hereinafter "Robert's Workshop".

All products distributed and sold by robertmdls through this site (robertmdls.art) and any other means of distribution are strictly for use in Grand Theft Auto V and/or FiveM platforms ONLY.

Payment Method(s)

Sales transactions of any robertmdls products are to only be done through the robertmdls.art website via Shopify using the approved payment options listed on this website.

Refunds and Disputes

Due to the digital nature of the products listed on this website all transactions are non-refundable. Attempting to receive a "refund" via a "chargeback" through the payment method used will be denied and legal action will be pursued. Chargebacks will result in the offending user being prohibited from using robertmdls.art and "Robert's Workshop" in the future.

Use License

Users for the purpose of this section and subsequent sections are defined of purchasers of ANY asset on robertmdls.art. Users are granted permission to download one (1) copy of the digital asset they purchased from the website. The purchase of an asset is the grant of a license for use and is not a transfer of title or ownership. Under this license you may NOT:

  • Modify or copy any part of the asset you purchased from robertmdls.art.
  • Attempt to export or reverse engineer any part of the asset you purchased.
  • Remove any watermarks or other proprietary notations from any part of the asset you purchased.
  • Transfer or share the materials with any other person other than the purchaser of the asset.
  • Create a mirror or download of these assets on any other server.

When purchasing Development Parts on robertmdls.art

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute any assets purchased on an "unlocked" or similarly accessible (unsecure) state.
  • Resell any content purchased whatsoever in an "unlocked" or similarly accessible (unsecure) state.
  • Claim credit for any purchased content.
  • Upload any exported or decompiled form of any asset purchased at robertmdls.art.

Types of Use Licenses for Development Parts

When purchasing you will be prompted to choose either a "Personal Use" or a "Commercial Use" license for different prices. These two licenses designate the assets they are attached to as "Development Parts". Purchase of any license gives the explicit permissions listed below ONLY to the product they are attached to. They do not impact the user rights of any previous or future purchases. For example, purchasing a part with a "Personal Use" license and then purchasing a DIFFERENT part later with a "Commercial Use" license will not retroactively make the first part have a "Commercial License", it will still have a "Personal License". All licenses are valid ONLY for the asset they are purchased with.

The "Personal Use" license REQUIRES the purchaser to make zero (0.00) dollars or any other form of currency or cryptocurrency from the direct or indirect selling of the asset in any way. This includes but is not limited to usage on assembled vehicles, vehicle "packs" or subscriber/patron rewards programs as well as "giving" any asset in return for a "donation".

The "Commercial Use" license is for any and all user than do not fit under the terms of service of the "Personal Use" license and is not otherwise barred from purchasing from robertmdls.art. The commercial use is priced higher as it is a means for the purchaser of the asset to earn money selling vehicles including the component (asset) purchased on this website. Any assets purchased as development parts on this website must be sold as part of a "larger" product and not on their own.

It is essential to reiterate that ANYONE in possession of an asset they purchased with either a "Personal Use" or "Commercial Use" must abide by the terms listed above in the "When Purchasing Development Parts on robertmdls.art.

ANY USER caught applying the wrong license for their use case of a development part will be subject to penalties up to and including a permanent ban from robertmdls.art and "Robert's Workshop".

Users with a "Personal Use" license are only permitted to share content in the following ways:

  • Releasing/sharing assets purchased as part of a "larger product" as described above for free with no monetary gain. All releases must be in LOCKED and inaccessible state.
  • Redistributing textures (images) labeled as "Templates" with those that downloaded the user's "larger product".

Users with a "Commercial Use" license are permitted to release/share products in all of the ways a "Personal Use" license can (listed above) as well as:

  • Sell assets purchased as part of a "larger product" with financial gain. All sales and any other types of distributions must be in a LOCKED and inaccessible state.

By accepting these Terms of Service you agree to the following:

  1. You are over sixteen (16) years of age or you have the permission from someone over the age of eighteen to purchase our products. You also have the authorization to use the payment method (including Credit and/or Debit Cards) you are paying with.
  2. You will not dispute, claim, chargeback or reverse any payments.
  3. You are not entitled to a refund at any time.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend your license or product key at any time.
  5. You can not reverse engineer or modify our products without explicit written permission from robertmdls.
  6. You are not allowed to ask, receive, or distribute our products on any Discord server, group, Direct Message, website, chat room, game server or voice server.
  7. You are not allowed to transfer any product license to any other person than the original purchaser.
  8. robertmdls.art reserves the right to deny goods and services to anyone at any time.

Changes to Terms

robertmdls.art reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version of the Terms of Service will outweigh any and all pervious versions.
